The "look at me still talking when there's mapping to do" update.

UI: Make display more responsive during long busy periods. Use Hildon banners
    if available, or temporary statusbar messages for non-Hildon. Some message
    wording changes.

Bugfix: Prevent some segfaults when tapping screen during a redraw by putting
    a grabby banner in the way.

Etc: Update credits.

Fix: segfault when switching from a gps_enabled proj. to a !gps_enabled proj.
Fix: wasn't saving the the track on project close

Support for a dashed line style. Tweak Mapnik style to use it, and then
compensate a bit for that fact that it makes things slower.

If GPS is turned on, ensure the GPS point is always on-screen by scrolling the
map when the point goes off-screen.

* Made default way width bigger and bolder: improves visibility when a new way
  is being added.

* Added area support for highway=pedestrian and highway=unclassified.
