&lt;h2&gt;Obtaining GPX files&lt;/h2&gt;

GPXView is a complete geocaching solution operating on files
containing detailed information about geocaches. You are currently
watching the contents of a pre-installed demo file.&lt;p&gt;

 In order to start geoaching you need a file containing information of
geocaches hidden near your location. You can download such files from
various places. The main source are GPX files (so called Pocket
Queries, PQs) from &lt;a
href=&quot;http://www.geocaching.com&quot;&gt;http://www.geocaching.com&lt;/a&gt;. This
service is only available to paying customers. However, some free
services like &lt;a
href=&quot;http://www.opencaching.de&quot;&gt;http://www.opencaching.de&lt;/a&gt; provide
similar files compatible with GPXView free of charge.&lt;p&gt;

In order to start geocaching you need to download the GPX file onto
this device. You can place it at nearly any location. Then select 
&quot;Import file&quot; from the main menu to load that file into GXCView.

You are currently viewing the main geocache description page. It
usually tells you all the details you need to know about the
geocache.&lt;p&gt;

This kind description often includes links to images. These images are not
part of the GPX file and will be downloaded automatically the first
time you watch the description. These images are stored locally and
are only downloaded once. This allows you to download images at

Bicycle is the most convenient way to go for hunt, but strong hikers can walk all the way. Route is very pleasant hardpack. Given coordinates are 3 minutes average, so they should be quite accurate. Cache is off path in uneven terrain, but place isn&apos;t actually dangerous.&lt;p /&gt;
        Poor sports can find a few parking slots near Maunula Hut at N60°13,253&apos; E24°54,965&apos;. </description>

          <text>There was a bird&apos;s nest very near the cache coordinates. When we came there the bird was disturbed and flew away from the nest but stayed near and made noice. Therefore we tried to search very quickly and didn&apos;t find the cache. Have to come back later in the summer. </text>

We had already searhed about half an our without success and were just leaving because of small accident. (After this, we went directly to hospital, and wrist was confirmed to be broken). &lt;br /&gt;

            The environment isn&apos;t dangerous, this kind of accident can happen in any place, even in our own yard.&lt;br /&gt;

          <text>We were here a day earlier, but had to give up searching after it started raining really heavily (we had searched more than an hour anyway :). We asked a hint from Virvatuli and decided to come for a second try the next day. We met Shambbu at the cache location and were then able to share the hint with them, too. This was actually the second time that we met while searching for a cache from the same hider :)&lt;br /&gt;
            &lt;br /&gt;
            The location was quite familiar to us... we had a geocache hidden just 5 meters away from this cache :P&lt;br /&gt;
