Some calculation fixes
- fixed half of the tiles grid vertical size rounding up
- changed mapImageReceived() to calculate when duplicate
tile should be added instead of using constant value
- spanning is now ignoring padding (reserve of tiles which
would never be shown when jumping to opposite side of
the world)

Got map spanning working
- Fixed duplicating received tiles in mapImageReceived()
when necessary
- Fixed removeOutOfViewTiles() not to remove duplicated
tiles when view is near world limits
- MapScene::addTile() does now take care of remove old
version of the tile from the scene if it already exists

Vertical world overlap
- Minimum zoom level to 3
- refactoring: created MapEngine::zoomed() method which is
called every time when zoom level is changed
- scene backgroung color to gray
- vertical overlap of the world is now allowed. Overlap limit
is set always when zoom level is changed so it's always
possible to overlap only half of the screen height

Reposition tiles in the scene
- don't span in vertical direction
- reposition tile if it was already in the scene and not
asked from MapFetcher
- renamed MapScene::isTileInScene to tileInScene and changed
implementation to return pointer to requested tile

- fixed calculation error of one tile in MapEngine::getTiles()
when tile numbers go out of world
