Uncomment highlighting of the widget under the cursor in gui_layout.
(Commented in r65.) This is the easy fix for an issue where the Back
button was highlighted in Back/Prev/Next after using either Prev or Next,
making navigation across multiple screens a pain.

Cleaned up language handling code a little. In particular:
* renamed language_get_name and language_get_code to language_name and
language_code, respectively;
* unified language_names and language_codes arrays;
* removed the _XOPEN_SOURCE hack (didn't work for other C libraries
anyway);
* removed the LANG_NUMBER macro and used sizeof instead.
