Code clean: improve modules independance:
* "game" does not longer depend on "hud" and "level"
* "level" does not longer depend on "hud"
* "st_goal" less depends on "level"
More precisely:
* goal and coin counters are now in "game"
* hud management is exclusively on "hud"
* st_goal does not longer perform the indirect "extra ball" count

Save an player name chages:
* the first time, ask the player its name
* use login to build a good default player name
* cannot save replay twice (again)
* virtual keyboard is above "ok" and "cancel" buttons
* virtual keboard contains both uppercase and lowercase (no more invisiple "caps" button)
* change "<" to "del".
* can now use real keyboard!---ugly hack :(
