  10 First, if there is already a translation for your language, contact
  11 the current translator.  A list of current translations is available
  12 at:

  16 If your language does not yet have a translation, download the

  21 Second, translate it.  Translation is quite easy:  each "msgid"
  22 corresponds to a string in English, and each "msgstr" corresponds to
  23 your translation.

  25 Some important remarks:

  27   - The encoding must be UTF-8.

  29   - Never edit an English string.  If you think that some English
  30     strings are bogus, please write a bug report (or post a message on
  31     the forum if you're lazy).

  33   - Some strings are contextualized.  They are in the form of
  34     "xxx^yyy", where "xxx" is the context and "yyy" is the string to
  35     translate.  "msgstr" should only contain the translation of "yyy"
  36     without the "xxx^" prefix.

  38 Third, send us the translated file.  You can either send the
  39 translation directly to rlk <robert.kooima@gmail.com> or open a new
  40 thread in the forum dedicated to translation in your language and link
  41 the translation from there.
